Online Medicine Orders for Partial Prescriptions

To better serve you, our patients, and reduce your wait time at the pharmacy, you can now send your medication orders to us electronically using the online form below. The medications will be prepared in advance so that you can collect and go.


Points to note:
- This service is currently only available for Alexandra Hospital's patients who still have balance medications to be collected from their prescriptions
- Please bring the ORIGINAL (not photocopied) prescription to pharmacy in order to collect medicines
- For your convenience, we can arrange home delivery at S$10 per trip
- After placing your medicine order with us through this website, please allow at least 1 working day to prepare your medicines. We will call you to confirm when the medications are ready for collection
- You can collect your medicines at the Main Pharmacy (located at the Main Lobby) during these hours:
  - Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 8pm
  - Saturday: 8.30am to 5pm
  - Sunday: 10am to 3pm
